Stood there like a lemon waiting despite someone being inside. Lights weren't on but someone was lurking around behind the counter. Abandoned my attempt (along with another patient) to get my medication.

It just gets worse and worse! Turned up to collect preordered prescription medication to be told pharmacy closed. It was 13.19! There?s no pharmacist so can?t give me the order that is waiting for me to collect (of which I received the text message this morning!). They send orders back if not collected and can?t deliver a service at any time of the week.Playing with peoples health isn?t funny nor clever.They stand chatting at the back when there?s queues of people, failure to pay attention.Awful

Service has gone to rock bottom recently...an example of it is that their website has closing time for Saturdays as 14:00 but the doors get locked at 13:30.

Diagnoses, NEAD, BPD and Chronic PTSD. I get my meds weekly, made sure to go and pick them up for the holidays, got told they where not ready Nd to return the next day, so I did and they where closed. Attempted suicide Christmas day and I'm still without my meds. If they aren't open today Ile kill myself in front of there doorway

Since previous owner has left, unfortunately this pharmacy has gone downhill. Messing up repeat prescriptions, never got medication in stock and when they do have prescription days earlier, you have to wait for it to be dealt with. The one member of original staff is lovely and always helpful. Bring back M*******!!

How disgusting that they let you go to the pharmacy when they know that they have no Covid vaccines in store. My wife arrived at the pharmacy at 9.30am for the first Covid booster jab of the day only to be told that their delivery of vaccines, which was due at 8.30am, had failed to arrive. They did not bother to phone her and we wasted a journey from the other side of town and wasted money on car parking as they have no parking of their own. The pharmacist was in a room or office out of view and he could not even be bothered to face my wife to speak to her instead using his shop assistant to relay messages to her. There was no empathy from the pharmacist and his attitude was that it did not matter whether she was the first or last appointment of the day: he was not going to go out of his way to ring anyone to tell them that there was no vaccine. He just could not care less.What a contrast to another pharmacy that I rebooked with who texted me prior to my appointment to inform me that they had no vaccine. It is a shame that Aqua Pharmacy do not know how (and cannot be bothered) to treat customers properly. I have reported Aqua Pharmacy to the NHS regarding their attitude. I'm not the first and I expect that I won't be the last!

Staff very friendly, had my covid injections no problem, but now I have to get the spring booster and they don't have any, and not sure when they will have. Hospital are doing it though if anyone needs it.

Booked an appointment through the government's website. Completed the details online with all the accurate information required (no information entered just to quality- all factual information only). It prompted me for an appointment. On the day of my appointment I brought in what has been suggested by NHS website to bring in as a proof. I have chosen this venue as it is convenient as close to town centre. As I booked in I showed what the website recommended to bring if I don't have any other proof. I was then challenged by an extremely rude staff. I was referred to a pharmacist, I have explained my situation and was asked to talk to the receptionist again as will put me on the list should there will be left overs of the vaccine later on of the day. The receptionist took my contact number and commented that I would be taking less of a chance as I don't qualify ( in a sarcastic and rude manner) , to which I responded that I am not faced in this situation if the government's website just declined me straight away or if my GP surgery is open on a weekend. There is no need to be rude and hostile particularly in this difficult and trying times. She could just simply say " we will try to accommodate you the best we can but please don't expect as we have limited supply", I would completely understand if it was said in a professional manner. What an extremely unprofessional manner! She needs to attend customer service training as her manners was extremely awful.

Booked for my son who is only 12 to have his covid vacation here. As we were arriving 5 mins before the appointment they called to say they had run out of the vaccine. We have had the appointment booked for about a month. I feel this is very poor when the pharmacy knew they were giving this to a child. My son now need to wait to make another appointment in order to get his vaccine.

This pharmacy is useless. We booked my 12 year old son's COVID jab a month ago. We arrived at our appointment time to be told there was no vaccine left. They had called one minute earlier to tell me, after I ha driven across Ipswich wasting 1 hour 20 minutes of our time. My son had also geared himself up for the jab only to be disappointed. It really is silly, they didn't think it would make sense to call us earlier and really they should have enough vaccine for each booked appointment. Very bad service and no empathy at all.

Booked covid appointment 1 month ago turned up for vaccine and they are all out of stock. They called me 5 minutes before, as I was walking through the door. Wasted 1 hour of my time.

After having my first covid vaccine, minutes later I was feeling like I was going to faint and be sick. Covid staff were busy with a queue, so I went over to the pharmacy side to get help but was told they me they were busy and couldn't help and to go back to the vaccine staff.Awful rude staff member.
