always found staff helpful and politeBUT....was sent text to say parents prescription was ready to collect.... it wasn't.. didn't mind waiting...had problem with the £100 parking ticket for being there 41 minutes tho

Booked a flu jab and queued for 10 minutes on my lunch break to be told that the nurse wasn't there and that I had to come back at 3 with no notice.

Have not been able to pick up my prescription for 2 days,Was told if I pay £5 per item it can be deliveredThat?s disguising, I refuse out of the principle of it??Money money money it?s all it come down toNot the welfare of the person!!!

Have found this chemist to be extremely helpful and efficient. Will get prescriptions ready at short notice and always a friendly response when I have called them. Did stop using this chemist about 18 months ago as a male ( not sure if a pharmacist) had a couldn?t care less attitude however he doesn?t seem to be there now. Also seems to be a safe environment , good parking and the hand sanitiser is always full!!

****Definitely Do Not Recommend ****Member of staff with a very bad attitude has made me take my business elsewhere. All because I wasn't entirely sure when a prescription was requested!!! The Manager wasn't much better and had a couldn't care less attitude.
