I have used this branch of Cash Exchange to pick up Amazon orders instead of the Royal Mail sorting office in Commercial Road since the sorting office reduced their opening times.The staff at Cash Exchange are friendly and efficient, plus the store is conveniently open all day for ease of access.

Absolutely outstanding,,,, thank you for Always being there if I need you, I read the terms I knew what it means to take out a by back,,, with extremly high value items they will show compassion, if you are polite and honest they will do everything they can to help if you a little late, not weeks a few days,,,thank you all at the store, have a wonderfull day

Great shop with a huge selection of items for sale. I mostly visit for their wide choice of video games and retro gaming equipment. Pricing is better than CEX, so this is my first choice.

Great store. Got a decent electric push bike from here, I've had it over 6 months and still going strong. I have also purchased a TV, console controls and games from here. As well as an armour vest. They sell a variety of items. There is always something new in store on each visit. Friendly staff.

Walked in, 5 staff standing behind counter. 3 doing nothing in their own world ignoring customers. No clear idea of where to queue or who's serving. Ignored for 10 minutes.
