I have four bank accounts. Bank have made it impossible to put cash in via the post office so my nominated person who is password protected attends the Ipswich branch to put my cash into the teller. Every time he attends he is challenged and made to wait while managers are called tellers do not understand a 'nominated person' and it is extremely difficult to get them to understand that he is allowed to do this. It wastes our time causes frustration and tellers are not properly trained.

A big thank you to the staff at Cooperative Bank. I have poor vision and found everybody extremely helpful and accommodating when setting up new accounts.

The banking app is useless I went to the nearest branch Wednesday in Ipswich which is 30 miles away from my home. Banking closures! The staff were helpful but the moment it was fixed it was down again and hasn't worked since. I've now got another 30 mile journey on Saturday. Oh and to cap it off Ipswich branch never answer the phone..

Dreadful organisation, the branch Manager of the Ipswich branch is the most inept person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Totally disorganized, can't even get an appointment time correct. Closed my account after a catalogue of errors. Do not use them for your banking.

The Co-operative Bank is probably one of last customer friendly banks around, in the Ipswich branch you still have one to one customer service even when paying in or sorting out any problems, very friendly staff with the customer is always right policy, I have three different accounts with three different banks and the Co-operative is by far the best, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot get through to my branch or customer service. There is no option to talk to one.I have been charged £5 just to be put on hold!!The app does not have aa chat option and I cannot log into my online account. I am desperate to talk to someone about my overdraft but cannot get through!! I'm having a breakdown!!

Co-operative Bank helped me in times of struggle. Their ethical policies mean you get same level protection regardless of how much money you have. I must add that Ipswich branch has brilliant employees. Thank you Sue.
