Loved the experience here, we got what we were looking for. There was an unexpected change we needed after we had placed the order but the staff were absolutely amazing in handling our issue, and solved it for us. Great customer service ??

Do not buy from here if you value customer service! Their customer service stops straight after they've taken your money - no accountability for faulty/unsatisfactory products. They'll sell you a item perfectly fine, but if you have any issues with it you have to jump through hoops to get it satisfactorily addressed - even if you paid for their so-called 'protection plan'.They don't have a store phone number (only a national 'customer service') - basically so you can't speak to the store that sold you the item to deal directly with your issue. Have had multiple call outs for the same faulty item and STILL not up to standard months later (in fact there are parts of the product literally having fallen off due to poor manufacturing).

Honestly so disappointed with DFS. I called before ordering to check measurements and was promised the sofa came apart and their team would rebuild it inside my property. 8 weeks later Delivery team came took one look at my door said it wouldn?t fit and the sofa doesn?t come apart! I called back and again I was promised a specialist delivery would be arranged and 2 days later a different delivery team came and said the same thing the sofa does not come apart!! Refund requested and was told to wait a week or so to receive this, week later still nothing. Called back again to be told to wait 21days for a refund!!! I?ve been lied to on multiple occasions by this company and now been left with no sofa at almost 30 weeks pregnant and not even been given an apology for their mistake(s)!! Extremely disappointed!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Went to buy a corner sofa for my daughter salesman called Markus, at Ipswich store,very nice man. Went through all the details of what sofa we wanted. We ended up buying a corner sofa for my daughter. Very knowledgeable. Salesman went through all with us , How to look after it? How the warranty is and about the delivery. Very good salesman 10 out 10 customer service,

Do not trust them, we purchased a bed from them with a ten year warranty, cost £1500, they don't want to know if you go back to them with a complaint, even contacted Mammouth the manufacturer who also didn't want to know.Bed only 4 years old, edges of bed collapsed, even worse when there are 2 people in the bed, you feel as if you are sliding apart to the edge. They will send out an independent technician with his ball off string, don't fall that trick, he didn't even check the centre off our mattress whis is where the problem is, he will send back a false report to the company, they will then tell you they have to abide by his decision, I am still fighting to get them to honor there warranty.

We visited Ipswich DFS to have a look at several sofas. A person called Marcus (Marc) approached us and was very friendly. He said just ask if we had any questions. He left us alone to wander around, trying out a few sofas. When we had decided on one we liked, we approached Marc again, he was really informative, told us about all options available regarding our purchase. How to look after the sofa in day to day use. And everything we needed to know. We (myself and my wife) liked his friendly, at ease manner and never felt pressured into anything. We had had a different experience with a very pushy salesperson, in a nearby sofa shop, which is why we had decided to leave there and come into DFS. We purchased our sofa, and left very happy and eagerly await delivery.

Accepted our double recliner(November 28th 2022) but it was broken, repair team visited but problem still continued. Repair team visited 2nd time (January 3rd 2023) but we haven?t heard a bloody thing?? Some customer service these lot have its bloody useless.Still waiting and it?s only just turned 6 weeks old! ? I just do not think they?re trying hard enough, What a complete waste of time.

Great selection of sofas and all at pretty reasonable prices.The staff are all great and helpful.I had no issues buying and financing a sofa in less than an hour. Really great service.Delivered earlier than expected too.

Came to browse, looking for a certain type and colour sofa. Your assistant popped over so I gave him my preference and measurements and hey presto he took me to the very thing I wanted. Purchased and hope to have by Christmas !

Delievery change £99 there a rip of delivering locally. There a discrase. Spend loads of money on furniture then they have the cheek to charge stupied money to deliver. Pulled out of purchase not being ripped off by DFS Ipswich.

It would be a minus star if that was possible. It took nearly 10 months to receive the correct sofa & the whole process was a nightmare from beginning to end. Was told sofa would be arriving early via their tracker system, only to be told by a customer service team member the tracker system doesn?t actually work when that date passed. Eventually after 4 months they arranged delivery of our sofa, even sent a text to give a 3hr slot, waited nothing turned up when we phoned we were told our sofa wasn?t even in the country. Endless phone calls & time wasted so went in store (staff had all changed including manager) got fobbed off again! Sofa was finally delivered but was wrong so back in store we go only to over hear staff say it?s their word against no one as the guy no longer worked there, so basically called a liar. After complaining finally got somewhere but had to wait a further 13 weeks for the correct part only for that to arrive without the electric cable, so on the phone again. They couldn?t even be bothered to deliver it had to go in store to collect it. Been told DFS don?t do compensation so basically then we have to lump it, so if this puts 1 person off using there service then we will be happy. Rubbish service considering we gave them 4 grands worth of custom will never recommend DFS to anyone :(

Cant fault the place, they sell sofas and we were looking for a sofa, so far so good. The issue is that, due to a change around at home, we are looking for the same sofa we purchased 5 years ago, but a smaller one. Typically places like this (probably due to all the sales) dont have the same styles for more than a year or 2, so back to the drawing board for us. Staff were friemdly and helpful, but on this occasion did not buy anything.
