I purchased a gas hob from Stellinsons which they fitted.Sometime after the installer left I smelled gas which required me to ring Emergency number of the gas supplier.The gas was leaking from the joint of the gas supply and the appliance they installed.The gas supplier technician stated that it was a serious leak and it was borderline as whether the house should be evacuated.He very helpfully repaired the joint.Unfortunately when I contacted Stellinsons they were completely unhelpful and arrogant.They were not even gracious enough to apologise.Their attitude was that their installer said that the installation was ok when he left so that is good enough for them.Thankfully no explosion occurred.My experience of this company is of incompetent engineers overseen by even worse management

Went into this store to look at dishwashers as ours had broken. Having chose one, the store assist asked us if we'd shopped there before, to which we replied "I can remember looking but don't know if we bought here" he looked through the system & found that we had actually bought our last dishwasher there so arranged to get ours repaired as it was still under warranty (bought it almost 3 yrs ago) Amazing customer service, he could have easily just sold us a new one at £300 & we wouldn't have known any difference.
