My husband has always used these for his car tyres ,so he advised I used them myself ,I knew I needed 2 new tyres at the front so around 6 months ago I went and they were unable to do them had to order the tyres so went back about a week later as advised by them ,they did the 2 front ones and advised me there was an issue with my car I was not to drive it far and to get it to my garage as soon as ,they said it was an expensive job reeled off a load of issues and that was that ,wasn't too expensive for the tyres and overall I was was happy with the job they did ,I went straight to my garage and asked them to take a look at my car as I use it everyday to ferry the children around In and of course want it to be safe ,my local garage rang them and the guy of course reiterated what he had said to me ,the garage looked confused,put the car up and took a look ,it was not what they had said it was ,my car intact needed a new coil spring ,was safe to drive and they booked it in for the weekend to be done , advised me not to worry.This was the first thing,Then 2 months ago I somehow had 2 slow punctures on my rear tyres .Stupidly I returned and the manager again came over didn't even look at my car and proceeded to explain I have been curbing my car and damaged the rear tyres ,both and rims ,I needed to spend at least £1000 to fix them ,and the best thing to do would be to either go to the scrap yard get new rims then they would put new tyres on it ,and that would be at least £600 .or they could shave mine hence the first price ,Now he must have great vision as he didn't even look ,Me I kept pumping them up ,and yesterday decided enough was enough went to a different tyre garage and in fact I had not been curbing my car which I already knew ,there was no damage to my trims at all ,there was a nail in one side so needed a repair,And the other side had a rim leak , again repair,They couldn't believe what he had said and quoted me ,In all I paid £44 for them to be repaired they didn't need new ,and didn't cost what he had quoted ,I will NOT ever recommend fast fit at Norwich road to anyone,Lazyness and lies doesn't keep customers.Do better .Scaremongering doesn't keep customers eitherDo better.
