Slow moving queue. Miserable staff. Litter on the floor. Only 2 staff members working on a busy Sunday. Not always sure who works here and who doesn't as no one can be bothered to wear a simple uniform. On top of all of that, the member of staff pre-washing the cars outside the machine has just spat on the ground while washing someone's car (in front of all the customers queing and waiting). If that sounds like the car wash for you.... pop to the IMO Ipswich, Wherstead Road.

Good place to pop in if you need a car wash. They do a quick manual wash first before sending it through the automated wash and wax. Despite pushing their app in all the adverts they did struggle to process a payment from it.Make sure you know how to turn off auto handbrakes etc as the rails need to pull your car through!

poor service , trying to save on water . The car drove out covered in foam , on question. if you can washes out with water . Answer was you paid it is automatically washing we cant do any thing

Used this week. Very average. Car is covered in smear marks. IMO Newmarket dry and wipe your car after the wash. Here, they don?tWill not be returning.

Best car wash doesn?t scratch the car and doesn?t use aggressive chemicals. The new ceramic wash is expensive but works so appears to be worth the extra.

Used this only that day for hoovering the car out , my husband uses it for the car wash facilities and is very pleased .

I used IMO for the first time today and had the Ultra HD wash for £13. It was average at best - see the picture of my alloys which are still dirty. There was several areas of dirt around the car which I wouldn?t expect from their ?top? wash and clean.

Not great car wash... paid for ultra HD and the guys who pressure washed the wheels only did half of each wheel ? so I go home and had to clean the wheel myself.Blue soap was still on the car despite it getting smacked by those big spinny things.Save the £13 and get it hand done.Did a quick basic clean.

Ok, so to be clear, the 1* rating is very particular to my situation: a Nissan Navara with hard top. Basically, the carwash doesn't like the height of the vehicle so continually stops. So the front gets washed; the back half and top, not so much. You'd think the staff might know the specs/limits of their machine. Anyhoo, the 1* is more for the attitude of the staff: once the brushes were manually moved so I could drive out, I looped round and asked if they could perhaps hand wash the back half of the car (given I'd paid for the whole car to be washed). Cue reluctant sighs from the 4 guys sitting about doing nothing else (it wasn't busy). 2 mins of half-baked spraying later, I was informed that drying (ie a quick flick with a chamois) was part of an additional cost "detailing" service. I didn't take this up and won't be back. Customer Service from people who appear to despise their customers ??
