Extremely expensive place. The reason I give it 5 stars is because it fascinates me. The human behavior, the consumer culture. Observing people in such an environment makes my brain work so fast. Everything in places like this is an experience. From the rude staff that think they're better than their customers, to the type of customers.

Unfortunately last Saturday I witnessed a disgusting situation which has left me feeling hesitant to go back. The situation was between a senior member of staff who I believe is called Adam, speaking to another employee in a manor no one should ever be spoken to. It was honestly so patronising and I really felt for the young girl. Something needs to be done about senior members of staff getting away with treating others like this. Please just be aware when visiting this JD.

Staff are all pleseant and happy to help. Good selection of clothes and trainers for adults. Some excellent sale prices to be found on big brand items. Junior section could do with more Instore choice but understandably the store is only so big to make those accommodations. The only thing that lets the store down is some of the local five finger discounters that can be seen lurking. Between the staff and street rangers they do a good job combating this and I would imagine it's the same in all areas.

Great customer service, and being able to pay by card on the shop floor was a bonus and saved lots of time not having to queue at the tills.
