My child had their birthday party at the Ipswich Lush store and it was absolutely amazing. The party is held after the shop closes with fun activities such as bath bomb making and games. All of the children had so much fun and I have recommended the party to lots of other parents.Children get a party bag to take away, with the birthday child receiving extra goodies in theirs.Our host was Jordan and her enthusiasm throughout the party was brilliant.Thanks for the unforgettable party!

I just visited Lush in Ipswich and was served by the loveliest girl. I was on my way to the opticians so didn't catch her name but she had long dark hair and she served me just before 3pm. I bought bath bombs and a snow fairy soap (which she wrapped beautifully!) I just wanted to say a huge thank you. It was busy in town today and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease with all the stress of christmas shopping. Thank you so much- you did a fantastic job and I am really grateful for your kindness. Chloe x

As a long time lush fanatic the one thing I have never got to do is make my own bath bomb! Had a wonderful time making a groovy fairy bath-bomb today with Sarah. Really wonderful experience, she was fantastic and really patient with not only the kids but also us over excited ?big kids? . Looking forward to being able to use my groovy fairy in 24 hours.

Was assisted by Skyler at Chelmsford Lush, as I had a product bought for me as a Birthday present, but my skin had a reaction to it, and therefore decided to swap this for other products as a gift for a friend who had just come out of hospital. He was so helpful in gift wrapping it and it looked stunning. He then gave me a full size product which i liked and said it was a gift from Lush in the kindness I had shown to gift my present to my friend. I was speechless and over whelmed for his thoughtfulness and generosity and want to say a Bug thank you to him

What an amazing experience for a celebration. We had my daughter?s 8th birthday party here today. Everyone had an amazing time making a bath bomb and playing games. Robyn and Becky made the girls feel super welcome and were so good at keeping the party super fun and entertaining. The girls all came home with a goody bag filled with lovely treats. My daughter said it was the best party ever! Thanks so much ??

Had a great experience, Sally saw me looking at the ingredients and explained the best bath bombs for sensitive skin / eczema. I was so surprised when she gave me one for free to try, as well as some samples. Also had a really helpful chat with another assistant who advised me on the best bath bombs for relaxation - sorry I didn't catch her name! Thank you so much to both!

Absolutely fabulous party for my daughter's 9th birthday! Alex was amazing at keeping the children entertained and holding their attention. The girls had the best time, it was so much fun! I did the Ghostie bath bomb session today at Lush Ipswich and I can happily say it was such an amazing experience. Natalie was so much fun, explaining every single detail on the whole process. It was a fantastic session and would highly recommend.

We booked a birthday party for my daughter in the Ipswich store and it will go down in legend as one of the best parties ever. When I was booking it Jonathan was helpful and communicative over email answering all my questions. You then go in store to pick the party bags which was super fun (everything the Lush team in Ipswich do is made joyful). On the day Natalie hosted the 1.5hr party for the four girls. There are imaginative games, products to get messy with and face masks to make (you can choose what to make.) For a party in a shop it wasn?t all commercially led and it was a wonderful chance to play and learn some facts about ingredients and skincare without being preached at. Natalie made the party absolutely epic event, she was energetic and fun - a truly lovely person. After we?d gone for lunch, all the girls wanted to go back and hang out with her for the rest of the afternoon which says it all! We booked the party after Natalie and Jonathan hosted a party for one of my daughters? friends earlier in the year and I?m sure we?ll be heading back for more friends parties soon. 11/10.
