I have had such bad experience with this post office that I will avoid it going forward. Staff is switching between tills and post office work normally suffers.I went in today at 10 am to be rudely told by the staff that they were doing the accounts so Post Office was closed. The lady, instead of apologising said ' Can you not see the sign?'I have been told in the past that they dont have my parcel when the app shows that they do. Awful.

Will drive you mad from their inability to fulfill basic post office tasks. Always something wrong. Judgemental manager who will roll her eyes when you try post something. Bizarre, avoid.

Worst 'local' I've ever visited, no urgency, its meant to be a convenience store, u feel like it's a total inconvenience that you're there, closes early, switches tills off early, least helpful staff, 3x staff, 1 on a till 2 doing shelves while a huge queue builds up. Its ok you'll wait. Staff complaing they work too long, not sure how that's a customer issue told to go to tesco if I have an issue, 1 star doesn't do it justice

They didn't take cash to pay in my HSBC account, it clearly states on the website they should and they didn't take it, horrible service and not reccomended

If you need a post office, go somewhere else. The lady who was at the counter could not operate the equipment, and at first refused to accept a properly packaged and labelled parcel. She accepted it after I insisted, but could not give a receipt.

We moved here in 1979.. It was the best place ever at the time still lots of heath-land left...This village has been built in such a way it still has the feel of the countryside well planned..as more people moved to the village so as it grew and it has a great community spirit we feel like one big family,Just now we have moved away ...But we will be back...Martlesham Heath has three Churches in the Benefice..all with different things to offer..There are also shops. Gift and Card Shop.. Doctors.. Baker and Butchers ..News agent and general store Fish and Chip shop The Douglas Bader Public House Guides Scouts...Church Hall where there is chance to do many activitys And Of CourseThe Runway Coffee Shop..Super Homemade Cakes.great tea and Coffee

They sell eggs here! How cool is that? This is a well staffed post office and a general store combined with the most amazing farm fresh eggs!
