Excellent service. When I went there to open an account, the staff was very courteous and polite. The appointment was given soon. They explained everything thoroughly and answered questions.

Had to tell the front desk 3 times card had arrived within 5 minutes before it registered with the person, lack of focus and not listening to what people say seems to be a 'thing' with Nationwide.

poor changed my address, they didnt update they system so my statements still went to my old address when return to them the bank stopped my accounts for 3days even though it was there fault!

I can't believe they have only 1 branch for entire Ipswich town. It's time consuming to drive or walk or bus (plus the cost of parking or bus ticket) all the way down to the town centre for something that can only be possibly done in branch.
