However, as I did not select tracking to be done when the tyres were purchased online this should be respected on the order when completion of the job is done and not blinded to having this done. I felt the mechanic was not a happy person when I said no thank you. Although I will continue to use Formula One Autocentres because of the friendly manner which customers are met with.”
