I sent a card to a friend , it had a stamp enclosed in the envelope, someone in your staff Ripped it open and stole it. We make cards for a hobby, it wasn't expensive but to rip it open and steal it shows me how shifty your help is. She told me she's has 4 cards ripped open this season.

Rude and unprofessional staff.I've been there twice so far and I do not think I will come back there anymore. Staff is very rude and they make you feel unwelcomed with their unprofessional behaviour.

This is the best post office in Ipswich (if not East Anglia). I travel out of my way to come here. The staff are very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's a traditional post office. these are sadly disappearing all too quickly these days.
