today I found out that my BRP was ready for issuance already on October 5, every time I come to this branch they tell me that they have a large backlog, so today it has been more than 30 days that they have been dismantling their backlog, I have a feeling that I am in post office somewhere in the desert, everything is so slow and unprofessional, since I don't have a track number, I just visit them every week to check ... it's just not comprehensible in the 21st century to organize work so disgusting

Not sure if base incompetence or deliberately being a jobsworth, but I have never experienced so much hassle trying to return a parcel. The muppet behind the desk couldn't seem to read a simple label and kept asking all manner of questions I didn't have an answer to and then advised, rather patronisingly, that it would be in my best interest to find out. Maybe just take the parcel and send it to where it says to go on the label?

Wildly unprofessional. Just saw a member of staff chase a customer out of the shop, nearly knocking other customers down the stairs in the process with zero regard to social distancing, and then throw a parcel into the street. I half expected to see cameras filming for some sort of comedy bit. Perfect example of bad customer service.

Absolutely abysmal, told should of bought own pen, appreciate covid etc, told no pens behind the counter for sale, so no help whatsoever, rude staff, a total disgrace.

Am a regular customer. Staff are always polite and attentive.There is always a queue because it is often busy. But the self service machines are there to help

Staff are generally very nice and helpful. It's just a shame that there are so few of them. Wait times are long and frustrating. Never make the mistake of going in there at lunchtime like I did!

This branch can get crazy busy so avoid at peak times, otherwise a nice little store.
