This is by far the best post office in Mid Suffolk. I am always greeted with a smile and they are always happy to offer helpful advice. I live 10 mins walk from a local post office but I make the effort to drive 20 mins to this one !!!! Keep it up ladies

Post here almost every day through my business. Friendly staff that always help me out if there is a problem. They also do a lot of fund raising for local charities which is awesome!

I am polite to the staff and they go out of their way to be difficult and incredibly rude every single time. Going forward, I will be driving to Bramford Post Office and I recommend that others do the same.

I used this post office to return a parcel. The lady that served me was by far the rudest person iv ever met.She spoke to me as if I shouldn't be bothering her then decided to speak loud enough for everyone else in the shop could hear her. It was a first and last trip there
