Absolutely shocking opening hours detest the fact parcels have yo be redelivered before you can collect makes a mockery of the 24 and 48 hour delivery. I will from now on avoid if there's a choice I'll pay extra to have delivered by a reputable company . Totally gone to the dogs .

Do not send anything via this office, it needs an investigating, I sent a special delivery item via here and it went missing, they have not got back to me, I have filed a police report as this should not be an internal matter, the police should read all the reviews and investigate what is going on, it is appalling and letting... read full comment
