As they don’t open until 09.30 not very user friendly for businesses. 09.00 this morning one ATM out of order, the other the contactless card / wifi system doesn’t appear to work.

I do most of my banking by smartphone, although this is my local $antander branch should I need its supposedly High Street services. However, I just cannot believe how many occasions I've attempted to use their on-site, 2 outside ATMs, only to find that at least one of them is OUT OF ORDER, or both are set to the pathetic... read full comment

I took my elderly disabled Dad into the town just to sort out his account and other issues he was having, so I went into the branch ( Carr st Ipswich) with the hope of sitting down with someone and sorting everything out and ask a few question about his account, only to find the branch was only half open with two people... read full comment
