Just had delivery and meant to be assembled, delivery man extremely rude ,dumped furniture and walked out and said take it up with store and on leaving made extremely rude gesture, will be taking this further, arranged assembly as husband not allowed to lift and need it assembled to use .just had usual reply. look into it ,not good enough ,need to use this weekend,definitely taking this complaint a lot further because of his rude gesture.

Been to a few sofa outlets and this one was the best. Plenty to choose from the prices are competitive. Staff are very knowledgeable and socialable without the hard selling approach. Highly recommend.

The lady in the shop was very nice but the delivery is an absolute joke and so is the customer support we have been waiting for our sofa for 7 months. Finally came up to our delivery date and they called and said it would have to be pushed back another month which wasn't convenient for us. Asked them if we could push it back a further 2 weeks and told us they would then charge us 75 pound a day to hold it in the warehouse but funnily enough when it came up to the delivery day they once again called having to delay the delivery day again and decided to give us another delivery day when we weren't at home so we called up customer support to try and rearrange for the afternoon and we got told that they can do. we then got a call at 6.45 the next morning saying they would be with us in an hour we are 3 hours away absolute joke would never recommend to anyone can't believe this business is even still going absolutely shocking service

I'm not the one to give bad reviews usually, but my patience is over now.We spent about 1.5h on the shop choosing the sofa, explaining to the staff member (who ended up being a manager) what we were after. Everything seemed to be perfect, comfy sofa, good service. Once delivered, the cushions sank in just over a month, to the point where I need to add a pillow to sit in, otherwise I sit almost on the floor. We have had 2 "furniture inspectors" over, both didn't find any factory issues, customer service advisors over the phone were sending us back to the shop to complain, shop was referring us to the customer service on the phone. We've been told over the phone that "foam is supposed to sink after a few weeks", well we were not advised this when we were in the shop buying a sofa. I rang customer service again last week, was promiced a call from the shop manager today - surprise surprise, noone called.We aren't going to leave it, next step will be taking is with the finance company as the product was missold to us.

Nice range. But make sure you don't get stung with extras that you dont need or even ask for. Salesman added things on we wasn't aware of and ended up 264 pounds over the original price.

Prices on all the coffee tables but not sofas?! Spoke to another lady (customer - well, probably not) in the shop who was also baffled by this. Are we expected to grab someone and walk around with them asking how much everything is or....?? Very strange.

Initially was very happy. Sales team helpful order processed quickly even though I ordered during the break between lockdowns. Sofas arrived a month late but I was expecting extended delivery when we had 2nd lockdown so wasn't upset. Sofas look great delivery divers brilliant. However having only had my sofas since February the expensive love chair looks terrible and arms on both sofa and chair have no padding at all. The cushions are already badly misshapen no matter how many times i plump them. I live on my own and work full-time so with covid and lockdown rules these sofas are used only in the evenings and weekends and then i can only sit in one place at a time. Have had engineer out now waiting for the upholsterer not sure what they can do. Very dissapointed with the actual sofa had lovely SCS sofa before so feel let down by the sofa not the store.

5 months pregnant, me and my 3 year old will be sitting on the cold hard wood floor tonight because ScS Sofas delivery truck showed up today and told me my sofa wasn't on the truck. God knows when I'll get it and haven't had a return call from anyone. So I'll be dealing with a crying 3 year old tonight. Thanks scs. Wish to god I'd never bought a sofa from ScS sofas, really worth that 3 month wait.

Is what it is. A cheap place to purchase a sofa or carpet. Dont expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Big on the upsell and the add ons.

Having the care cover kit put on without telling me the cost was annoying. I just hope the rest of it is correct. Nothing was really explained well either. And all the questions I found on the receipt when I got home that I supposedly answered and agreed too was a joke. When i called to complain the person was as helpful as a chocolate fire guard. Its lucky I really want that sofa and can't find one else where because I would of cancelled and took my money else where by now*****update*****2 months we've had our sofa and the stitching is coming undone already. I wonder what other stuff will start happening. One thing I have noticed that when I sat on the sofa in the show room it felt really durable and steady. My one feels like a bloody rocking chair. Definitely not made to the same standard the showrooms. False advertising I would say.Another updateI have had more issues and had to chase and chase and I am constantly being ignored. The furniture is nothing like the showrooms quality. This company will take your money in a heart beat but will not help you when you have an issue. I have gone to the directors and they don't bother contacting you. You are absolute con artists
