Had a problem with my contact lenses so made contact online. Abbie (I'm hoping I've spelled that correctly) kindly called me back within hours and explained the situation. She also managed to come up with a resolution. It was really appreciated and great customer service. Generally I have good experiences when I attend the store, staff are polite and helpful.

Great experience at this Specsavers; they advised me well and made every effort to ensure my glasses were well fitted following issues from a previous fitting at a different store.

Outstanding service: needed an emergency adjustment to the nose pads on 2 pairs of glasses. Alex at reception was efficient and then Richard B. was superb at getting the glasses to fit properly and to replace the pads with larger ones, all in a matter of minutes and on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend this store.

Some people there really seem to want to help, others make it feel like you shouldn't have bothered showing up. Was sold a defective pair and upon returning to have them looked at I was told "what do you want us to do" in a rather condescending tone.Wait times are always long and the products they've sold me seem to be of pretty questionable quality considering they were some of the most expensive options in there. Will be ordering my frames online from now on.Also, £5 to have my prescription printed for me feel a little cheeky considering there's no option to just have them tell you what it is so I can write it down myself.

Would not recommend contact lens repeat postal service! I am supposed to get three months worth of contact lenses in the post on an ongoing contract. Two weeks ago, I realised that I only had a pair left. Ipswich store, said they don't stock my lenses, but would order me some extra ones in. I went 4 days of no contact lenses at all, then collected 5 days worth. Now ran out again! Still no lenses! txpist

Really pleased with the service I was given by Matthew, he was so kind and helpful. I didn't need new frames this time round but he changed the nose pads and made them shine.

My husband and I collected our glasses today. We received a completely professional service from every member of staff including eye test, advice with choosing suitable frames, choosing lens and pricing options and finally collecting glasses today, couldn?t fault it. I didn?t get the names of everyone who served us, only Andy today, who diligently and expertly ensured that our verifocal glasses were a perfect fit. Really pleased, especially my husband who has verifocals for the first time. Many thanks.

I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The process is seam less. Space can be challenging with children and mobility appliances with the elderly.

I was booked in last thing on a Friday and was amazed by the lovely staff; incredibly caring, knowledgeable and professional. They explained all examinations fully and generally made me feel super confident and comfortable.I arrived early and was seen within 5 mins for the scans. I then waited only 10mins to see the optician.I also saw an audiologist, who gave me some excellent advice about my ear health.Absolutely brilliant, thank you! Xx

I was very pleased with both sets of glasses this time unlike I have had for 4 years my glasses we're blurred and been back numerous times and they still no better so I am thrilled this time
