Visited today to buy some rugby studs. I ask young man if he can help me. He was amazing. Really good help. As he knew the once they had on stand wouldn't fit my rugby boots. He didn't try to sell me any just got me one spare from back i can try. Fantastic customer service ? ? keep up your hard work and knowledge.

They had lee cooper shirt advertised for two for £18 but when I went to purchase them they came up at £22.50 .The manager could not honour the price .

Seemed to be a good range of stock but staff were grudging in their attention and seemed lacking in knowledge about products. I got more help from another customer than I did the member of staff that served us ?

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers on the 10.1.23, received a dispatch notice the following day however they did not arrive until 13 days later ( I have tracked several times but just ended up going round in circles). When the parcel turned up they were not trainers at all but 4 random items not even from Sports Direct, contacted them straight away, was cut off from the web chat 3 times but eventually got the point across that I had not received the trainers and was asked to send all the items back for them to look into, which I did and backed this up with an email to customer services. After a week I had not heard anything from them so contacted again with the receipt for the returned parcel, the replied quickly saying the parcel was not deemed lost and they would have to replace or refund, the other pair of trainers were also out of stock so they would refund them. I choose to have the whole order refunded and waited and waited, a week later emailed back to ask where the refund was and received no reply, tried again a few days later and still not reply. The next day I get a dispatched notice for the out of stock trainers and they were delivered later that day. I emailed them back saying I had now received the out of stock trainers and needed to refund for the lost trainers ... I have never received a reply. Emailed once more saying I would give them until the end of the week to make the refund or I would contact me credit card company to get the money back, that is exactly what I have had to do and I am now waiting another month for it to be investigated. Sports direct maybe cheaper but they do not want to know when some thing goes wrong. I went direct to the manufacturer to buy the same trainers at the same price and they arrived the next day. Save your self the hassle and shop around, I will never use Sports Direct .com again. I think sports direct deliberately keep stocks low in stores so that you have to order online and in the shops that is the automatic response if you can not find what you are looking for.

Bought trainers for £170 only to find them online for £140. When I questioned that the next day I was told I should have asked for a price match and I could not get a refund but only store credit. Customer service? NOT. Why should I got to store and support local jobs? After discussing our options we decided to take credit and return the shoes. Guess what: All of the sudden they could price match and refund the difference onto out card. Why could they not do that in the first place?

Firstly the demeanour of the lady behind the till in the 29th December 2022 at 7pm was disgusting and this was before I asked to exchange an item with was purchased prior to xmas, (with a receipt) the woman got the manager who then said he is going to refuse the item then insinuated I had reattached the label and washed the item?? This was absolutely untrue but he point blanked refused to help still accusing me of washing it, soon changed his tone when there was no evidence of the label being tampered with, His attitude stunk, not professional to accuse customers is it? Maybe the store reached their returns quota, who knows, I'm not bothered about the cheap item as I'll sell it on or bin it but to be ACCUSED in such manner when I hand on heart only tried it on and it's been hung in a household for a few days, so yes it's going to smell a bit different to the shop isn't it??? I've spent nearly 2k in the last few months in that store, not anymore!! Customer lost!!

Got home and realised had been overcharged. Multiple discount offer not applied. Tried phoning multiple times only for phone to go blank and then be cut off. Cannot return to store within 28 days as going away for 6 weeks. Not happy .

Staff are great and badly underpaid, tried to phone ahead of coming in but no answer drove all the way down just to find out they didn't have what I want in stock, honestly the people higher up who run this store need to sort themselves out
