Popped into the Westgate street branch, service from Lucy was great, and soya caramel iced coffee was spot on for heat this summer!

Can?t fault Starbucks ever but does seem to be one of the most expensive Starbucks in Ipswich, staff are very lovely though and I love that they do study evenings for students and quizzes etc.

Having visited the Sproughton Starbucks many times since it opened, I was fully aware of the logging in system to ensure spending an extended period of time I would not receive a parking fine. On the particular June day in question, I logged in and when my friend arrived she did also. I'm sure you can imagine how surprised we both were to receive parking fines. My friend visited the store and spoke with Scott, the store manager. He assured her he would sort it. When we received a second notice, Scott was once again contacted and again assured that he was sorting out the fine. In August, we both received letters from a collection agency asking for £170. Again we contacted the store. We continue to be told, it is being sorted, but to date nothing has been sorted. Another letter has been received from the collection agency. Having grown up with Starbucks and the highest level of customer service they are know for, this is absolutely not that. We realise that the carpark is not owned by Starbucks, but the fact that there are ongoing issues for your customers, one would expect a company with a very high value for customer service, would sort out this issue...not just for myself and friend, but for ALL of your customers.

It's ok. Wasn't many customers around, however tables haven't been that clean. Armchairs could be cleaned too.

In the year I?ve been coming here I?ve never had a positive experience. If there was a Starbucks closer to me, I would stop coming here all together. Consistently long wait times without even a courtesy apology at the window (talking 35+ mins) even when lines aren?t that long, wrong orders after that, loads of basic things on the menu always out of stock. Certain things are out of their control and I get that but a little customer service would go a really long way.

Visited using the drive thru placed my order with no issue. I had to wait a few minutes to get to the service window due to another customer in front when i did get to the service window I waited almost 3 minutes to be acknowledged and even then it was the guy saying how much it was with the card machine being shoved in my direction (not even a hi or hello). I was given one of the drinks I ordered and told I had to wait for the other one which was a Venti Strawberries and Cream. When I received the drink It was clear to see there was hardly any Strawberry sauce and practically no ice in it. I won't be in any rush to visit this Starbucks again and definitely don't currently recommend visiting this store.

Ordered a Java chip Frappuccino with whipped cream and it came without it ? It was also melted felt like I was drinking milk , then I tried to call the store and it says the number isn?t recognised ? Wouldn?t of even been annoyed about it if I could?ve spoken to someone and resolved it as it was obviously human error but not having a phone or having it switched off or changing your number and not updating that on Google is so annoying

Honest David's reviews\\nIt's a standard star bucks, nothing special nothing bad. Had everything we needed, toilets were ok. Nice view of the main road if that's your thing. Plenty of parking in main carpark of shopping centre.\\nA pleasant 3*** from me

Is it me or does Starbucks seem to have gone completely off the rails? Like a coffee conveyer belt. No personal touch any more (asking for a name was at first now it's just a hindrance) also let's get rid of the targets for drive through s.

Friendly and nice staff.. I asked some questions and got all my answers the young lady took her time to explain. Driving in and parking is ok although this was 10am on a Sunday morning.. friends had said that the staff are very good. If I'm about or in that area I'd stop by again.. loads of people walking in and out so just goes to show.

Coffee was warmish, but would recommend a drive through and not sit in as it's you will need to clean the tables for yourself and wipe the cack off the chairs before you sit down, obviously the floors and particularly the base of the tables don't ever get a proper clean, this could either be to idle staff or not enough of them to do the cleaning between serving. For the price of a coffee here you would expect a clean table and hot coffee at the very least. I think a flask is the best option all round, hot coffee and you won't need to work almost an hour for it or wipe your feet on the way out the shop.

Unfortunately at this store we couldn't use our Starbucks App to pay, probably only temporary but was irritating as we always load up the app before entering a drive thru. Anyway, great coffee as usual but was a little disappointed as above. Will probably come and check out again and will then re-review.
