Not sure about service and atmosphere as it has been delivered to me. However my salads have been delicious. Loved it. Fresh and tasty. With lots of good nutrients.

I witnessed the owner claping his hands to shew away people, very odd behavior.He needs to show alot more respect to people if he wants better ratings. Slow & at times low hygiene amongst the workers.

Just eat messed up our order with a driver driving off with our food subway showed incredible customer service helping us throughout our issue and fully fulfilled our order of there own backs great customer service and thank you.

Tried out the order ahead feature on their app, arrived at the store and they had no idea what I was talking about, then when eventually they figured it out, they tell me they don?t have what I ordered? should say it?s out of stock. Got a refund and went to KFC next door instead, much better service

Shocking customer service. Only one guy serving who was trying his best. Got to till to an older man who asked the other guy what I had... he then proceeded to stare at the till screen for SIX MINUTES not once did he look up or acknowledge me. My sandwiches just lay there ready to go. Another guy turns up not dressed for work and walked behind the counter and did not wash his hands or put on an apron. Went straight to oven to put things in for the guy making sandwiches. Older guy after six minutes turns round to get calculator and starts talking to the oven guy about how much my sandwiches were! Oven guy types on screen and then suddenly the older actually acknowledged my existence and said "can you follow me" and came out from behind the till!!! I said "OK so what's happening?" He said card machine not working so need to do it next door at my newsagents!!!!!!!!! What!!! So I had to follow him to the shop paid and then he just stands there again and I said "OK so can I go and pick up my sandwiches now!?" He just says "yes" and stays in shop!!! I walk round and have to reach over around another customer whose payment WAS taken by card by oven guy to get the sandwiches! Card machine NOT broken. It took 24 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made and paid for!!!! There are other subways near by... look them out and go there first because I'm clearly not the first person to agree service is rude.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Called in this morning and the level of customer service was shocking. First and last time ill ever go here. Not even deserving of 1 star!!! Was clearly a language barrier and I struggled to understand the lady serving me. I asked her to repeat it and just got a tut and a sigh. Not one smile, thank you or please throughout. Maybe in the UK we are overly polite but if you represent a business like this have the decency to learn customer service!!!!

I visited this Subway branch today and was told by a member of staff that my mask was not required. It is still legal to wear one!! I wore my mask and when I entered the branch, all members of staff had their masks hanging off their faces, barely covering their mouths and their noses exposed. The staff seemed unsure and maybe they were new, but it wasn?t the usual level of service I receive in other branches. From a hygiene point of view the masks should be worn properly, especially during a covid pandemic and gloves should also be worn. Very disappointed.
