Normally quick friendly service. Today I arrived about 12:30 pm to pick up a perceptions placed three days earlier. Was told by the assistant it was not ready yet and could I return in 15mins as she would prepare it now. I said that I would return this evening. Returned at 6pm over five hours later and another crew was on duty. I gave my name to the assistant. She went to the back and returned to say it's not ready yet and could I wait 15mins. I explained that I was there earlier and was told it would be ready when I returned. I was pushed for time and said I can't wait and will return tomorrow. At that point the pharmacist Muhammad Alom sarcastically said if you can't wait 15mins what do you expect us to do? We are very busy. This guy clearly has no social skills and should be kept away from the public. His smart a** comment really annoyed me. If he has a bad day he should not take it out on the customer.

Very unhelpful face to face couldn?t complete prescription,had to try another pharmacy but Tesco pharmacy hadn?t released the prescription for 24 hrs so was unable to get the much needed antibiotics the following morning after phone calls it was finally taken off their system,maybe it would be advisable to ensure the prescription is released as soon as they are aware they cannot complete it ! Would save a lot of unnecessary stress .

Was phoning and phoning this evening to see if they had a medicine in stock as all the other pharmacies I tried hadn't had it in stock for weeks. Never answered. It's on my way home I swing by with 10 minutes to spare, I'm sprinting down the aisles with my poorly child and make it. They have the medicine!! However, a very rude customer assistant said "You're cutting it fine we close in 10 minutes." She was so obviously irritated by me being there and I felt that this was the opposite of how a pharmaceutical assistant should be. I didn't want to be rushing around trying to get antibiotics for my sick child who just got out of urgent care. The pharmacist looked uncomfortable and did say the phone has been ringing but they've been busy and it doesn't tell us when they're actually on the phone either. If you're customer facing you do not talk to people like she did. She has no idea what my day has been like or why I'm there, and if she was having a bad day do not take it out on the customers. You don't close until 8, you work up until 8. Couldn't find a complaints page on Tesco website so had to leave this review.

Having trailed round 7 pharmacies trying to get a specific prescription, the staff at Tescos were the only ones who offered to look up the prescription for me and see where/how it could be found. The two ladies who work here were brilliant and spent time on the phone trying to help me track it down. Absolutely excellent service and so very much appreciated!

The staff here are truly lovely. After three nights with zero sleep they were incredibly kind and gave me exactly the right remedy. They all seem very knowledgeable and the opening hours are generally later than other pharmacies

Good pharmacy... If you want your medication lost and then lied about! The most useless and incompetent group of so called pharmacists.

Some of the pharmacist are brilliant part from 2' who are very slow,makes mistakes.
