Well what can I say but just wow amazing gym. Its not just any gym they make you feel welcome. They help you get to were you want and the help you need. Always there to support you. With fitness and your health. The classes are great they push you hard. But also have a great laugh. Very supportive, but this gym is worth every penny. My second little family. Love you guys and can't wait to do the snowdon trip with you lot ? best thing I ever did joining here. As a bigger gym would scare me. Also your not judge here. Anyway best thing I ever did. Been nearly a year I startedCouldn't put enough stars truly a great place xx

Fantastic gym. Friendly and fun classes. All members are made to feel welcome whatever your ability. Anita and Rachel have also delivered some online classes for my company which have been really successful. Highly recommended ?

Absolutely love this gym, not your normal run of the mill gym. Group personal training and fitness classes including Boxercise, HiiT, Shred... All the trainers are fabulous, enthusiastic, friendly and encouraging whatever level of fitness you are. They help you reach your goals. I've tried and enjoyed so much since becoming a member, climbed Snowden, Yorkshire three peaks, 5k runs, 10k North East run, bouldering, Nuclear Races, Ipswich half marathon, Colchester half marathon and much more... I'd never have thought I could do this

Love it!!! Anita Rachel and Megan are friendly knowledgeable and fun but you come away an absolutely sweaty mess knowing you have had a really good work out.Would thoroughly recommend x

More than a gym, a community of trainers and members of all different ages, abilites and targets who all support each other. I have been a member for 5 years now and would highly recommend The Fitness Unit, there are small PT classes and Group classes, support from the trainers in your journey, diet, training and mind set. A great atmosphere, fun and laughter oh and yes there is hard work but you benefit from it.

Such a great gym. Trainers and other members are so welcoming and all capabilities, body shapes, and sizes are made to feel welcome through a fun and friendly atmosphere. From someone who once hated the gym and all it stood for, I couldn't recommend this family run setting enough!

I?ve been attending The Fitness Unit for nearly a year now and I?d highly recommend it. It?s not just a gym it?s a family. Everyone supports each other, young and old, all abilities. Classes are smaller than regular gyms so you get the advice you need to ensure your working out correctly. The trainers are the best, encouraging you to give your all and I love the banter that goes with it. I feel healthier and stronger. Bring on the next year ?

I LOVE this gym. I joined in April 2019, arriving as very overweight and unfit- having never been to a gym in my life! I was made to feel extremely welcome by everyone and soon learnt that the gym welcomes all ages and abilities. Training was at my pace and constantly changing to challenge me. My fitness level has improved greatly already. Anita, Rachel and the team should be very proud. They are all so friendly and welcoming. It gets a big thumbs up from me ??
