Always a great place to get reasonably priced fixings and hardware. Nearly always in stock or next day delivery if not. Hard to find anywhere that beats them on price for general fixings although they are unbranded.Only 4 stars as I don?t like the trade credit card constantly being pushed. But that?s their Job!

What made my experience great was Pauline at the Ipswich Whitehouse Toolstation.She has a full-on can do attitude and is only interested in helping... every time, thank you Pauline so much xTha branch has adequate parking, counter access, staff serving and stock choices.

This was the best experience I was searching for a table saw. The website had shown that 2 were in stock. I spoke to a Lady Called Pauline who was fantastic. Good chat friendly and accurate. Well Done Toolstation you can have my cash.

I don like to come here if I can avoid I avoid it . No smile the staff act like they hate they work . Scrufix I never had an issue but toolstatiooolstation. Olways, Staff if you don't like you job job so change it but don't let this fell the costumer.

Extremely helpful young lady. When stock not available in store she offered a delivery alternative which another branch hadn't t offered. Store was clean and tidy too and uncluttered.
