Appalling service as always. Called directly to Leiston branch beforehand to find out what papers would be required for my visit. Arrived only to find totally different requirements. As always they have absolutely no clue and zero empathy.

Open 5hrs a day, always a queue as never more than 1 cashier Open. When you ask if they can open another counter, they are horrified!! Never have enough staff but the ones they do have are lovely

As others have said pleasant helpful staff but they open late and close early. How are people that work 9-5 meant to use the bank?? 5 hours a day and only 4.5 hours on a Wednesday just isnt enough
