“We had our camper van battery fail at the weekend whilst on holiday, the customer call centre were amazing, spoke to the Lowestoft store to 100% confirm the had a replacement in stock, they did so we managed to get a jump start and headed to the Lowestoft branch. The I store chap quickly fitted the replacement battery for us, the whole customer service from start to finish was absolutely exemplary. We are both ‘happy campers’ and cannot thank you enough.”

It was nice to find one of the few remaining stand alone Argos stores where you don't have to go into Sainsbury's to make a purchase. I always end up spending far more than is necessary when I venture into a supermarket. As this particular store is located in a retail park, there is lots of parking available. Disabled spaces right outside the entrance if required. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very positive experience.”
