IF THERE WAS A ZERO THATS WHAT I WOULD RATE! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN, FIRSTLY DROPPED MY CAR OFF THE JACK, TOOK IT TO A GARAGE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE AS MY WHOLE CAR WAS SHAKING INCLUDING THE STEERING WHEEL, IT WAS A SCARY EXPERIENCE, GARAGE CONFIRMED OLD CLIPS WERE STILL IN PLACE SO THEY NEVER BALANCED/ALIGNED MY NEW TYRE, LUCKILY MY GARAGE DONE IT FOR ME, BUT NEVER, EVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I USE PITSTOP EVER AGAIN, IN TOO MUCH OF A HURRY, DON?T CONCENTRATE ON THEIR JOB, HOW MANY MORE CUSTOMERS HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO? AND THERE WAS AN ELDERLY MAN DOWN THERE WHEN I WAS HAVING NEW TYRES ? THEY SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS, IF YOU?VE ANY SENSE GO ELSEWHERE ****AVOID**** ?

Really helpful when I had a puncture. Advice was free as unfortunately this tyre wasn't repairable and they didn't have one the same size in stock. Pointed me in the right direction to get it sorted so I could get home.

Called this morning to see if they had my size tyres in stock, they didn't. So they ordered it in for me, arrived not even 6 hours later. Took about 15 mins to fit my tyre, the guys were so polite and helpful! Absolutely recommending to everyone I know. Solid tyre replacement experience :)
