Arrived early, they took the key did the MOT and payment made, quick and easy with no issue, there were a couple of minor issues which they pointed out and advised to get fixed at some point.

The guys at Waltons were amazing. I had a breakdown while on holiday and needed to get back on the motorway for work. They squeezed me in at very short notice and had me back on the road within 24 hours and for a great price! Thanks

Shocking service. I took my car into Waltons to get looked at as it wouldn?t go into reverse. They later phoned me and said it would need a new gear box and clutch which would cost nearly £2000 (which was probably right but wanted to get a second opinion on it before spending that money). I told them I would take it to another garage to see if they thought it needed a new gear box and clutch and I was likely to bring the car back to Walton?s as I usually get any work/MOTs done there. When I went to collect my keys and the car to take to the next garage I noticed they had parked the car head first into a spot down a slope (knowing it wouldn?t go into reverse). I then asked the man on reception if he could help me push it out so I could get it off their car park to which he laughed and said ?well you haven?t spent any money with us yet and we charge £60 an hour?. I had to ask ask some mates to pop down and push the car for me, which took all in all about 2 minutes. Needless to say I won?t ever be going back to Walton?s.

Following an RAC recovery Waltons repaired the car before giving a quote for the repair despite instructions from the RAC to contact the owner. £650.00 later when collecting the vehicle and making a complaint about it the customer was made to feel intimidated and extremely uncomfortable, the Waltons employee was extremely hostile, reducing her to tears.. I have used this garage for several years, but will not be returning. Appalling customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

RAC Recommended but when it clearly states on the report to call the customer before starting work they decide to do it regardless for an excessive price. When questioning the employee about this he became extremely hostile and rude. Used intimidation tactics, overall awful customer service would not advice.
