“Covid regulations adhered to. Masks must be worn. Finding, since the pandemic have to queue a lot longer. I like the service l get at this branch. The staff are very helpful and explain their products very clearly. Although living in Cambridge l always use the Newmarket branch as the journey is quicker and parking easier and affordable. My only criticism and why l have not given 5 stars is this branch is closed on Saturdays. The hours too are shorter and l guess this is why there are queues. I do hope Nationwide will think about addressing this problem, otherwise they are a great building society.”
