“Went in as my phone has not been working for a long time, Tried 02 at Bury St Edmunds twice they basically brushed me off and been rude! So went to Newmarket instead ive delt with many different 02 staff and the one's at Newmarket have been great at trying to help with my problem. But one employee has gone above and beyond is Poppy. Shes has spent hours trying to help me on several different occasions Poppy has been so kind and helpful explaining everything as we gone along helped me back up my phone and so much more, She's put me into contact with the each section when the last one wasnt able to help resolve my phone issue. Unfortunately im still having problems but its nothing that the shop can help me with now. But the customer service form Poppy has been incredible!! 02 are lucky to have her!”

“I'm going to be honest - nobody likes going to phone shops and being hounded by overly tentative and constantly prodding employees trying to push incentives or annoying you with "special offers"... Which is why I was extremely pleased going to this EE store!We were welcomed, and asked if we needed any help - we politely declined and they let us wander about on our own a little bit.Once we decided what we wanted, we sat down and told specifically what we wanted/needed, and were told that was all fine - the process was fast, the employees were kind and just generally chill in the most professional way possible. I'd highly recommend popping in if you're in need of a new contract or SIM.”

A disaster.1 couldn’t understand stand them.2 No help at all. 3 They were extremely rude, unprofessional doesn’t come close.Finally told to go to the store. I had already been twice with no help. Went a third time and jackpot. Finally got an assistant that was amazing. The young lady was interested & finally having tried everything. Including calling the tech team. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the price I was quoted online was honoured and the payment went in to my account the next working day. I can't imagine I'll have another smartphone to sell but if I did I would definitely use this service again.5 *”
