Brought a van in to have a new entertainment system fitted. Was told the parts would arrive within two weeks, 3 months later and they're still not here. Just phoned them to try and ask if the parts are there and the phone has just hung up on me. Now they are refusing to patch me through to Halfords newmarket even though it has been done before.

I went into Halford for a bike for my granddaughter i was made to wait for 20 minutes as the person at the counter did not have a clue what he was doing and couldn't help me i have to walk with 2 sticks and after 20 minutes I had too leave as I left 2 employees came up to me and asked if I needed any help they made me stand around propt up against the counter for 20 minutes in pain sorry I had to go before I lost my temper

I came into Halfords in Newmarket, expecting a long session of searching out the correct windscreen wiper blades. Steve met me at the door and asked what I needed and then proceeded to find which blades I needed and go get them for me. Saved an amazing amount of time - very much appreciated!

I took my old bike that was looking very sad to Halfords for a service. The service engineer was very helpful I paid for a basic service but my bike was returned to me like new. I received five star treatment.

Unfortunately my sons new bike was not ready when i went to collect it from the Newmarket branch (it was being worked on) it was my sons birthday present. Second time I went to collect it the accessories had not been fitted. Fingers crossed my third attempt will be successful this afternoon. They seem to have poor communications in the bike department.

Staff were great but there was nowhere near enough staff. Eight in the queue when we joined the back still eight when we'd got to the front and paid twenty minutes later.
