Really excellent service. Was ordering for a wedding and despite being a bit of a difficult customer, the team here were incredibly accommodating. Great communication throughout and very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

When I was convinced to buy wine at Majestic I thought it was something like Laithwaites (and I got tired of their customer favourites that didn't suit my palate but that they had probably bought a million barrels of). I soon realised my mistake and now, I always go to Majestic because you can't get a decent wine at the supermarkets. The Newmarket team are very friendly and knowledgeable and if you can't remember what that wine was that you enjoyed last time, they will quickly print off a copy of your last order. Only place to get good wine at a reasonable cost - if you want cheap chemical rubbish, go to the supermarket.

I was let down by Majestic & Yodel who failed to deliver a case of wine for my brother's 60th on-line. The shop in Newmarket went out of their way to deliver it personnally . Very reassuring that there are still retailers that care - thank you.

I have been to this location twice and had amazing experiences both times! They have a free "wine fitting" (wine tasting) and about every 4 days they switch out their tasting options for a fresh experience! They have a great selection, wonderful prices and knowledgeable staff. This is by far my favorite place to grab a bottle of wine or simply taste new options from around the world!
