“Went in as my phone has not been working for a long time, Tried 02 at Bury St Edmunds twice they basically brushed me off and been rude! So went to Newmarket instead ive delt with many different 02 staff and the one's at Newmarket have been great at trying to help with my problem. But one employee has gone above and beyond is Poppy. Shes has spent hours trying to help me on several different occasions Poppy has been so kind and helpful explaining everything as we gone along helped me back up my phone and so much more, She's put me into contact with the each section when the last one wasnt able to help resolve my phone issue. Unfortunately im still having problems but its nothing that the shop can help me with now. But the customer service form Poppy has been incredible!! 02 are lucky to have her!”

Which is why I was extremely pleased going to this EE store!We were welcomed, and asked if we needed any help - we politely declined and they let us wander about on our own a little bit.Once we decided what we wanted, we sat down and told specifically what we wanted/needed, and were told that was all fine - the process was fast, the employees were kind and just generally chill in the most professional way possible.
