“Was having loads of problems with a broken router. Made many calls to the technical team in India. A disaster.1 couldn’t understand stand them.2 No help at all. 3 They were extremely rude, unprofessional doesn’t come close.Finally told to go to the store. I had already been twice with no help. Went a third time and jackpot. Finally got an assistant that was amazing. The young lady was interested & finally having tried everything. Including calling the tech team. Who were about has useless & unhelpful with her.Finally she spoke with her manager & solved the problem. Why that didn’t happen 5 days earlier who knows.”

“This is a large store with lots of products for sale. Never seems to be fully staffed! Which as other reviews states creates large queues at pick times. It might be better sometimes to visit another post office and save some time”
