Seems to be almost impossible to sort out contact lenses with this store, repeated appointments that are then booked incorrectly, repeated orders of trial lenses which never are actually ordered.Will be switching back to Specsavers.

Avoid : This was my first time ever to visit opticians in my life and they prescribe me with varifocals at first . Didn't work with these glasses so took them back and changed for just reading glasses but I can't read anything from these glasses. Now stuck with expensive pair of reading glasses that don't work and will need to visit another opticians to hopefully get correct glasses that actually work . The staff are friendly and professional but got it wrong .

Hopeless ,had eye test sent me letter saying overdue on test.No one ever Answers phone,2 calls one 26 waiting and another 20 mins.I give up

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. For my first ever pair of glasses, I was sold varifocal. I couldn't get use to tunnel vision, so took them back & ordered two separate pairs & charged more, not offered the current deals.. Weeks later I went back to see where my new glasses had got to & was told they hadn't been ordered & a voicemail had been left. NOT. When I took all my glasses back, within the returns time period. The staff were rude & unhelpful. I did get my money back

After Optician making an appointment for 3 weeks time she knew I wanted RGP lenses called me on the day 45mins before appointment to tell me wasn't comfortable doing lenses?Not very professional.

Extremely good service I always go to vision express my wife and two boys myself I had some issues with my frames Nick the branch manager in Newmarket branch is extremely helpful he solve the problems he is very kind generous I am extremely happy with his service I will always go there and stuff in Newmarket branch are always very helpful always smile I will also recommend all my family members and friends and co workerMohammad uddin

Greeted well, friendly manner. Staff were very efficient as well doing the pre test. The main Optometrist was very helpful and clearly spoke to me about what he was doing and what I would need doing with my eyes and glasses wise. I has a lovely experience here and we?ll keep coming back for check ups!

Standard eye test, Newmarket: despite telling them I was wearing contact lenses, they told me to do the initial tests (focus, air, and photo) without taking my lenses out. I then had to retake them without my lenses when the optometrist found out I was wearing contacts. After the exam, I was told that their printer was out of ink so I'd have to come back for my prescription. I requested an emailed copy instead, but they were having a delay with the email system, so I requested a hand written copy. I'm glad I did because I still haven't received the email (2 days later). The optometrist was very good, but the rest of the experience wasn't great.
