We found we had run out of oil this morning (my husband was supposed to have checked) I phoned cps at 8am this morning and I spoke to a lovely young man who told me he would get someone to me today or tomorrow. I was totally overwhelmed as I thought I would be spending Christmas in the cold. Thank you again and I would certainly recommend cps to anyone in the future. Happy Christmas

Very efficient all round. Ordering on line was easy and delivery was prompt. Price was also cheaper than other on line competitors...who I have found to be less efficient in the past. I have dealt with CPS for 20 years and will continue to do so asI have always found their level of service to be first class. I will price check elsewhere but have recently found CPS to be very competitive. Long may it continue.

We have used them for several years. They would get 5 stars but for their ridiculous ordering system. They always quote a high price then ask if you have had a better price. Then bingo they better the price. Just tiresome - quoted 74p reduced it to 66.

Being new to oil heating I did a lot of price and service comparisons before ordering from CPS. I've ordered several times now and service is excellent, oil is delivered by pleasant delivery people who are respectful of my property when maneuvering the big tanker onto my driveway and filling the oil tank. Pricing has so far been better than from community oil clubs so I am a very satisfied and loyal customer. Well done CPS!

I moved to Suffolk and needed to find an oil supplier, as I haven?t had experience in this field before. I was recommended CPS Fuels. Ordering with this company was easy and the oil was delivered promptly. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. Would most definitely recommend this company. on ordering given estimated date of delivery, but we have found with CPS it is usually delivered earlier, as it was. No need to go out to driver as he knows where tank is that it will be unlocked. Great service.

I was let down by a company based in NI which was supposed to deliver and never managed to do so after three failed attempts. CPS gave a fair price for 700.litres and delivered after just a few days with no fuss at all. That's all customers want. An excellent service and recommended.

Placed order online on 1st August with expected delivery by 15th August. Oil delivered on 3rd August by very friendly and helpful delivery driver. Best price at the time, very fast delivery, and good customer service.

Will be using CPS Fuels Limited as my preferred domestic oil supplier. Good price together with excellent communication throughout the delivery period. Oil delivered earlier than originally expected & at a much better price than that quoted by Boiler Juice an Online middleman provider who claim to pass on savings made from numerous quote comparisons.
