“The Spar is a great convenience shop in the Glemsford area that offers a wide array of food and drink options.Their prices can be reasonable on some items but others can be expensive but note that you are paying for the convenience, if you can catch them when they are doing the reductions you can get yourself some real bargains. The staff are always friendly and always happy to help you.”

“Without the shop and post office I would be lost. I've run my business for a few years now selling chocolates and I use the post office on mass, especially at Xmas. Megan and Rachel are 2 of the kindest, most welcoming, helpful people I have met. I can not drive due to medical issues and I would struggle in other work as well but thanks to them I can continue my business and enjoy a nice chat in the mornings as well. Karen and all of the shop staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times and a true asset to the village. thank you for all that you do to keep our village shop running smoothly. (and apologies to any villagers I hold up in the morning when I'm posting my parcels).”

“Great local shop for all your day to day shopping. Get a Coop card and save money on all Coop products. You can even grab a Costa coffee to go and also return your Evri parcel here.”

“The staff make this place. Always buy my newspapers here...avoid the ATM outside...it charges you...there are plenty of free ATM's in Sudbury, by the library (Kings Street/Market Hill) & in North Street...”

“A well-stocked co-op in the middle of Clare, open late every day. Such a convenient place to get something to eat when you're feeling lazy. Shop is clean and hardly ever a wait to check out. However, with the number of fridges and freezers, it's SO cold inside!”

“Visited Tesco Sudbury after an excellent service last time I visited by the two young men at the phone section . It was lovely to say they were as helpful and friendly as last time .They helped me with my query and offered advice about the best option for me . They even helped put a SIM into my phone for me to allow me to purchase a pay as you go option for a CCTV camera I needed a nano sim for .They answered every question and offered some fantastic money saving options. They were helpful, quick and efficient and I would not hesitate to return and let others know where to go for mobile phone help .Well done both of you as a business owner you made my visit a pleasant and productive experience and you are both a cred or Tesco Sudbury”
