I have used this company in the past & they were ok. Unfortunately this time my experience was far from that. I have a life limited child & our washing machine is essential it does 3 to 4 large loads of washing everyday I explained the situation. Unfortunately the lock & door handle failed with a wash load trapped inside, Domestic appliances said they were busy & could accommodate a service call until 5 working days later, I was stuck so agreed & the woman I spoke to assured me it would not be longer & if they had a cancellation it could be sooner fair enough, I paid the £90 call out fee upfront & the day before the scheduled visit I was told that due to covid the appointment was being pushed 4 days further down the line, I asked for my money to be refunded so I could find someone else to do the job & the woman I spoke to became rude & dismissive, there are ways to treat customers & I believe perhaps some customer training for this particular employee would not go a miss. Safe to say I will not be using this company again for repairs servicing or buying equipment & I have since found a company that values their clients & their business it?s a shame that this Domestic appliances employee doesn?t.

A week ago, after my washing machine was giving me problems, I rang Domestic appliances for advice...duly given, no hard sell to buy a new product. I went over to the shop, chose my machine and it was delivered and fitted the next day, by 2 very professional young men who were most helpful and kind.I'm delighted with my machine and even more do with customer service.

Phoned to book appointment Told the woman That the bearings on my Beko washing machine Had goneThe young chap came out. Told me The Bearings has gone you need to replace the whole cylinder you can't just replace them any more £224 plus VAT. I could have been told this on the phone .Call out charge £47.00 The chap only charge £27.00.He knew I was not happy
