Best pharmacy I?ve ever gone to the nice young gentleman always greets me by my first name which makes it feel welcoming and a personal service when dealing with customers it makes it feel friendly and they always listen to your needs and try their hardest to accommodate you i in any way they can they like to make their customers happy and I always leave the shop with a smile it gets 10 out of ten from me definitely thank you for all your hard work

I cannot rate this pharmacy highly enough. I have just returned from a highly thorough ear exam with a plan in place. And a fortnight ago we had a problem with a missing prescription for my young daughter who had tonsillitis. My husband went to the pharmacy just before closing and the team could not have been more helpful to ensure that my daughter had the medicine for that evening despite the fact the prescription issue was nothing to do with them. An extremely high standard of service and knowledge.

I had my Covid vaccine at The Pharmacy. All the staff were efficient and very friendly, so the whole process was quick and easy. I will return for my second shot and, when allowed, for future travel vaccines due to the great service here.

I work for a local domiciliary care company. I regularly go into pharmacy to pick up my clients medication. I have always found them to be polite and extremely helpful , especially when I have queries about medication. But today they outdid their selves. I needed some very strong painkiller for a client of mine who is 98 years old and in extreme pain. This client was prescribed the painkiller this morning and the prescription was sent to another pharmacy. The other pharmacy couldn?t fulfil this prescription until tomorrow night, so I went into Melford pharmacy where they managed to get the prescription from the other pharmacist. Which is great news for my client that will now have a good nights sleep without any pain.

Had my vaccine this morning at 10.40, in and out before my time, lovely ladies checking all details correct. Should have taken my NHS number but not a problem as can check other ways. Lovely nurse did jab very quick out and done. Had AstraZeneca, no side effects yet ?

Had my covid vaccine at the pharmacy this morning. In,done and out plus home before my appointment time. Lovely girl.giving the vaccine and for someone who usually feels the jab and always says 'dont say sharp scratch', it wasn't even that,it was totally pain free. Well suited on the main rd through long melford and easy access for disabled people. Parking right outside,very friendly staff and straight in and out hassle and stress free. Plenty of arrows on the floor with dividing lines,not the biggest shop space but sensibly laid out and staff on hand to make everything work. Highly recommended especially of you are booking for your covid vaccine.

With a needle phobia I was very worried about having the vaccine however, I have visited the pharmacy for both my jabs and on each visit the staff and volunteers were amazing to reassure me. Thank you!
