Great shop and friendly staffExcellent selection of items at very reasonable prices, including furniture. Julie is very welcoming and goes out of her way to help.

I arranged a furniture pick up, registered for gift aid, ticked the boxes, sent photos, received an email with photos of driver and assistant two days before pick up, spent time and energy getting everything in place by the garage door and then received an email saying they would not be collecting as they had similar stock!!!!This was extremely disappointing given the quality of the items to be donated. These we much better in quality and preservation than most of the items I've seen in local Sue Ryder shops. Why advertise on line and get us to fill in forms and confirm pick up if there is no intention of doing so? I imagine I am typical of a large proportion of the donor base and being over 80 find moving furniture etc in readiness quite difficult and exhausting.Stop misleading the donor base.Surplus tems could easily be passed on to families in need. Mi being tables and chairs and small kitchen appliances but it's all about making money and forgetting the meaning of Charity with this organisation now.Hazel Batey

Best charity shop in Sudbury. Cheap furniture usually at a 10th of original cost. Antiques and designer names also available at reasonable prices

I got ten fabulous BRAND NEW linen tea towels for a few quid here recently, all with various scenes of the British Isles & one with a scene of Sydney Harbour. It's always worth regularly returning to this particular (Sudbury) branch as stock changes on a weekly basis & you can find some fantastic things...good choice of furniture...particularly good for all kinds of books...
