Thw conversion to more self service and an attempt to reopen the cafe which is effectively the same. The refurbishment is a gloss over doing less for customers and maximising profit.

I visited today and just had to say something about the Security Guard. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Helping me when I spilled my free coffee whilst helping another lady find the items she was searching for. Fantastic service. Thank you!!
