Closed today for significant period; no prior notice; shortage of staff. Staff suffer as zero communication from head office. Why cant head office talk to the local staff about non supplies eg cholesterol tablets and when supplies run out. This has been the position for some time.

Pretty good customer service, in my opinion, just have to wait if the retail assistant is helping someone else as they are often on their own. Good products in there which can be hard to find elsewhere - e.g. vegenaise, nutritional yeast.

Terrible customer service. Just want to talk to there friends. Never shop in here again. Very unhappy.
