I visited your pharmacy for the first time this week. Unfortunately, my impressions were not good. The sales assistants were not attentive or friendly, and I had to wait a long time to pay. I am curious to know if this is the way things are ordinarily, or whether it was simply a ?freak? occurrence. As communication and hospitality seem not to be your top priority, my suggestion would be to install a self-service ?robot? in-store. In this way, no human need trouble themselves to serve the clientele.

This pharmacy has gone extremely downhill over the last 6 months! All the friendly and polite staff have left and it seems the place is constantly understaffed. Most of the staff that are there now are extremely rude especially the young blonde manager who spends more time talking to her colleague or friend shall I say than helping us shoppers! I have heard her being rude to some of her colleagues as well which the owners need to be made aware of as this young girl is no manager!! does she even know how to be a manager??AVOID THIS PLACE!! There are better and friendlier pharmacy?s in Woodbridge and I cannot see this pharmacy staying open for much longer.

I visited here Friday as I was on a family day out and unfortunately my son scraped his knee so we went in to get some plasters. Wonderful place, staff are extremely helpful and felt so welcome as a first time experience, shop has so many different brands with full choices to choose from and the young lady at the front was very nice in greeting and knowledge and Pharmacist was absolutely fantastic in time and advice.Unfortunately I don't live in Woodbridge but I know next time I visit I will happily visit this place again.

Women booking in at jab counter was rude abrupt not autism friendly at all not people friendly said several times I had brought my carer and then she told him he couldn't come in unless he was a carer anyway long and short of it is no vaccine as she was sooo appalling and rude no Data protection asking medical questions on a shop floor I was made to feel so uncomfortable horrible woman will not return ever I will never give the actual pharmacy my custom either because of it horrible place do not take your autistic loved ones there it's not the right place or environment . I will speak to my gp and go elsewhere.

Dreadful 'customer service' - the woman who was supposedly there to greet people for the COVID jabs was abrupt, impolite and totally unhelpful.On approaching and saying "Hello," the reply I got from her was a simple, "We're not ready yet..." On being asked for my name, as I spoke it I was interrupted with an order to wash my hands. Because of a mistake with the name which was not my fault, I was actually refused a COVID booster, when a little understanding, common sense and a willingness to help could have been applied.

Super well organised vaccination centre. Staff were lovely - so helpful and professional. They were very concerned about individuals who might need more help. Top marks for customer service. Would highly recommend.
