Very sad with the service I received today with no respect for the customer then she arrogantly asked me if I wanted she give me the prescription so I could go to another pharmacy if I didn't have to wait another 20 minutes, I asked for the prescription and went to get Addlestone pharmacy 2 minutes Iater I'm going out with my medication. Definitely needed training on how to work.Before similar situation I need to wait more 20 minutes after been on long queue but I received early sms saying the prescription is ready to pick up

Been calling since this morning as my prescription was sent to the wrong Tesco pharmacy and no one is picking up the phone. There was an instance the phone was busy when I phoned, after a few second when I called again the phone was ringing but still no one bothered to answer.

I?d love to know why it takes half an hour to fulfil a prescription when we have seen you take the medication out of the cabinet and placed it into a basket. You then tell us it?ll be half an hour? seriously? It?s right there. I can see it, I heard you talking about the medication with the pharmacist. Please explain because it?s ridiculous

Useful of you pop your prescription in and return after doing your shopping. Not so quick of you're just waiting but they're doing their best and the staff were friendly.

Rude and judgemental staff. I understand they are busy and there is a turn around time for prescriptions but there is no way for me to request a prescription before the Doctor has prescribed it.

Very rude staff! Taking weeks to have the prescription ready - waited a week already which is disgraceful.Be prepared to wait in line for ages even if there are only 3 customers on front of you?I once went at 8am to make sure I get my medication quickly and the staff literally ignored me while standing there waiting to be served even though there were no other customers in from of me. The staff has no respect for the customers and they like to ignore.So this is my last time I?ll be using this pharmacy

Average Waiting time is 20 minutes plus another 5 minutes to find my medication despite I have been notified that my prescription is ready for collection. Very incompetent staff. Lack of knowledge. Last time I was asked for my ID despite my medication is not controlled drug and I had been collecting the same medication in the past several times . Waste of time.

If I get bad service I leave a one star comment. BUT on Saturday afternoon of the August Bank Holiday Weekend I used this pharmacy for the very first time. Was told items would be ready in about 20 minutes. Went back in 25 earth minutes and collected my items . So for me I always leave a truthful comment and I say THANK YOU TESCO PHARMACY FOR A FIVE STAR SERVICE. I shall use your service again and amend my review if I need to. I hope to leave my 5 Star listing for all to see.

1. They are slow, lazy or procrastinating. They don't want to work at a decent pace.2. There seems to be a problem in the process or procedure they follow when compared to other pharmacies who are way quicker.3. The medicines are just in the shelf and why should it take weeks for the pharmacists to deliver.

New to the area, very disappointed with service from this pharmacy. It?s been 1.5 weeks since they received my prescription and it?s still not ready to collect. You can never get through to them on phone. The staff who are present are trying their best but seems like they are chronically understaffed. Maybe as there are no other pharmacies in the area, they are under a lot of pressure?

Worst pharmacy ever. Won't answer phone. Don't get orders right. 1 week or more from receiving prescription to having it ready. Always only one staff working. A que of 8 people can take an hour. They really should just close down. Only word to describe them is useless
