“After an unfortunate time at one of the sister branches I had arranged, after speaking with a few people to go to this branch in order to have the issue fixed. I arrived at 9 and by 9:02 the car was up on the ramp and in the air awaiting it's operation of sorts.The "appointment" was for 9 and to be actually ready to accept the car and work on the car at that allotted time is typically unheard of nowadays, almost was a shock to me if I'm honest!Usually with most garages you'll have to wait in a queue, then they'll move cars around then get yours in the shop, not with these guys in my experience, on point with timings.Around 20 minutes went by and one of the chaps came in to advise me on what has to happen and what they had found, not leaving out any details. He then went away to do said things.After a short while of another say 15 or so minutes he came back and asked me to come through to see the underside of the car as so I could clearly understand what he meant when describing a few things. After a brief talk about my vehicle and some slight jokes of which were welcomed, he said " I'll get this as best as I can if there does turn out to be any issues please do bring it back as soon as you can and we'll go over it again" It's perfect, much better than left by the sister store.The entire experience I had at the Bagshot location is what I think SHOULD happen to every customer, not feeling belittled or overwhelmed with anything, a genuine connection. Every customer who entered the store came in with a smile and left with a bigger smile, the assistant manager was so welcoming to every customer, the other chaps ( apologies I didn't manage to get any names ) were all together great too, phone manner, laughing and joking with customers which of course will keep them coming back. If anything needs to worked on with my vehicle, they will be the ones I go to!Thanks lads!”
