Was told by emergency GP meds would be ready when I got there it took 3 hrs for me to get to pharmacy and they hadn't even started to prepare meds. ... despite 3 staff behind the counter. They told me it would be another 10/15 minute and if I wanted the drugs sooner to go elsewhere . Told me to sit after I had said I couldn't. Won't allow prescription to be sent to the again.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Adnan for his help this evening. I was meant to pick up some medication for someone else. Unfortunately there was a problem getting the meds. Adnan phoned Sutton Asda and asked them to make the prescription up for me to collect. You went above and beyond for me thank you so much.xx

I had been suffering with my Asthma recently. Ran out of my pump and the pharmacist who helped me (forgotten his name unfortunately) was outstanding. He was the pharmacist in the Asda Burgh Heath. Been struggling with my doctors, my asthma and breathing and he helped sort this. Thank you for making things so much easier and making me feel at ease.I am very grateful.

The worst pharmacy experience of my life! Slow is not the word. The queue is appalling every time. The staff are permanently in a daze. Wake up people!

Useless! Unbelievably slow, can never find prescriptions, and despite there being 3/4 staff behind the counter, you will regularly wait 20-30 minutes to get what you need. Avoid at all costs!

They always waste my time about 15 minutes to halfan hour waiting and say your medication is not ready yet!! Very disappointed and frustrated. ?It's the third time in 2 weeks and I didn't received my whole medication yet! Definitely going to change my pharmacy ?

Nice staff but HORRENDOUSLY slow service. 2 people but so inefficient and a lot of chatter between them. Queue of about 5 people and not much service. Avoid

So what is the policy for people spreading covid 19 willingly around your store? I witnessed a couple with their fingers in their mouths in your store. No masks, no gloves, touching all they wanted as they were shopping. How can you allow such dangerous behaviour on your site? Staff were great etc etc, but letting infectious people onto your premises are putting your staff and your customers in danger. How are your standards held in such a case?

Telephoned today as I needed help collecting my elderly mother's prescription she needed urgently . I spoke to Tony ( a manager I believe) who was incredibly understanding and helpful. The staff on the phone and in the shop were courteous and considerate at what is a very difficult time. Thank you

Very kind kind and caring Pharmacists who always have time to discuss requirements. The whole staff have been wonderful helping in a difficult situation. In my book you couldn't find a better pharmacy anywhere. Would give 10 stars if I could.
