“I give 5 stars to the very polite lady who’s on tills when ever I go , she has blonde hair and a fringe and I think her name is Anna , I don’t know that’s just a guess , but she always asks how all the customers days been , if it’s been busy etc , she works efficiently , is very good at dealing with the annoying of customers at tills all at once , if there any problems she really helps and does it with a smile and is really enthusiastic. Honestly makes my shopping experience so much better and less stressful, she always asks me if I want any of the deals on offer and if I have a Superdrug card , always very polite and cheerful ! Love it ! And thank you for always being lovely ! ;)How ever I find that there’s this one man who’s on them makeup counter who is rude and the complete opposite to the wonderful lady on the tills and didn’t seem to be enthusiastic to help me the times I have asked for help .”

“I went to this place this afternoon and I was served by Amber. She was fantastic. She gave me loads of advise especially to someone who never had any knowledge about skin care/make up. “I was a bit skeptical about the pharmasy due to other reviews. However my experience was different. Out of all the boots I called in Farnborough, this was the only one who picked up the phone and even helped me secure a medicine that is out of stock at many places. I went to the pharmacy and collected the medicine without any hastle. The only downside is Parking. There is no parking on-site, however I managed to get the last spot on Wharf Rd Car. Hope it helps someone.”
