Originally the service from here was very efficient. However, since the beginning of the year atleast, the service level has dropped immensely.I get a message to say my prescription is ready to pick up, only to find that nothing has been prepared and I have to wait another 20-30 minutes waiting with all the others in the same situation!Very poor, not good enough.Decided to try mychemistonline delivery service through the NHS prescription app and the service level is much better.

Since the change in Management, this Pharmacy has fallen of a cliff which has lead to changing to a different Pharmacy

After change of management, the service is terrible and is not improving. They lost my last two prescriptions leaving me without meds for nearly 2 weeks. They can never find them when we go and see them, they don?t answer the phone. When you complain staff (one with a leg injury) gives you dirty looks and is rude. I feel so sorry for the elderly customers who can?t move to another pharmacy, most elderly have mobility issues and are stuck waiting in the long ques, such a shame for a local pharmacy to be so poorly managed. I have now moved to Tesco who text when prescriptions are ready, no queuing and efficient service.

Items never ready. Have to wait for 20 minutes for the item even though the prescription is given in a month in advance. Have to return numerous times to get items which is time I haven?t got.

opens late in the morning , closes for 2 hours a day for lunch , one star for the pleasant staff. But they never have my stuff despite giving extra time, always something that goes wrong . Always a queue, never enough staff. Sorry this place has always been average at best but this new company's owners need to pull their fingers from their behinds and sort it out. It not as if its cheap either.

I have just had excellent service from the team at Heatherside Pharmacy during a busy morning spell. Two members of staff worked very efficiently serving customers whilst the rest of team worked busily behind them putting together prescriptions. I walked in with my prescription this morning and had a very short wait whilst they dispensed it there and then.

I changed from Boots to help support local businesses. What a mistake lovely staff but they don't pick up the phone. They are very understaffed they said. They don't have time to make the prescription until you go into pick it up, they had mine for over a week, then no stock. Im sadly changing back to Boots. I hope it improves so I can change back.

I called and called, across several days, spanning 2 weeks. Sometimes engaged, but mostly no-one picked up the phone. This made their service impossible for me to use.

Never have the correct medication or have it ready for collection, staff stand around talking , they close when they feel like it, an absolutely terrible service run by a terrible pharmacist no wonder patients are leaving.

Always helpful staff and Errol the pharmacist is a gem who really goes out of his way to assist people, however the general public are less than kind or polite to the staff

Pretty bad service. Asked about picking up LFTs for someone unable to pick them up and the individual behind the counter became very rude. Physically confronted me within 1m. Older male, at approx 1400 15/01/2022.
